What is the history of Biker Rags?

Biker Rags was founded in 1994 by Jeff and Pam Huggins in a small storefront on Chapman Highway in South Knoxville, and relocated to Kingston Pike in 1996. After a fire on June 8, 2020 that destroyed most of the inventory, the shop reopened in South Clinton, Tennessee.
