Whitemarsh Revolutionary Cycles was founded in 2016 with a mission to position the electric bicycle as a tool for societal change, piloting e-bikes at Valley Forge National Park and the Whitemarsh Police Department. The shop expanded in May 2021 with the opening of Electrified Rides in Dewey Beach, Delaware, following a manufacturing research trip. Both locations offer e-bike sales, rentals, and service with mobile drop-off and pickup across the Washington DC to Connecticut region, and featured coverage in Grid Magazine and USA Today.
