Trips for Kids Recyclery is part of a national network founded over 30 years ago to provide low-income and historically marginalized youth with access to bicycles, riding programs, and peer mentorship. The San Rafael location serves as a member site within Trips for Kids' portfolio of nearly 50 community chapters, offering out-of-school programming, volunteer engagement, and role-model-led cycling education. The shop carries Shimano components and works to remove barriers to bike access and healthy lifestyles for young people across the region.
