Trailhead Inc. is located in Huntsville, Alabama at Lowe Mill, a mixed-use community space on the west side of the property. The shop carries Kona and Shimano and serves road, mountain, comfort, and kids riders. Every new bike purchase includes a free complete tune-up and lifetime free brake and shifter adjustments; the shop also offers Specialized Body Geometry F.I.T. professional fitting, custom wheel building, and suspension service on all fork and shock makes and models. Mechanics are trained through United Bicycle Institute and Specialized Bicycle Components University.
