Founded in 2009 as WTF Bikes by Thomas Daly after a layoff, TomCat Bikes operates in Portland's Brooklyn neighborhood near the Aladdin Theater. Owner Tom Martin brings decades of bike-industry experience (product design, purchasing, shop work) and specializes in used, refurbished, and consignment bikes alongside new Surly stock, vintage and NOS parts, and X-Bike builds. The shop services all bikes including e-bikes, builds custom wheels, handles D2C assembly and tuning, and ships globally; it carries 45NRTH, Pedego, Rad Power, Shimano, SRAM, Surly, and Teravail.
