The Gear House opened in downtown Randolph at 16 Pleasant Street as a year-round shop serving cyclists, skiers, and outdoor adventurers. It carries Salsa bikes and Shimano components alongside a rotating inventory of consigned outdoor gear, winter apparel, and used equipment. The shop offers full-service bicycle repair including suspension service, wheel building, and complete overhauls, as well as ski tuning and rentals (fat bikes, hardtail MTB, snowshoes, skis). It hosts the local VMBA chapter and Ridgeline Outdoor Collective's trail hub, with state trail maps and information for planning rides and outdoor adventures.
