The Bicycle Chain operates four locations across the Triangle (Cary/Apex and surrounding areas) and carries Specialized, Cannondale, and Santa Cruz bicycles alongside e-bikes, apparel, and accessories. The shop operates full service repair centers with certified technicians, offers a Flat Club membership (free flat repairs for the life of the bike), and accepts trade-ins toward new purchases. Financing is available through Synchrony Freedom to Ride credit card.
