About
Founded in 2010 as a road bike rental company, Synaptic Cycles transitioned to focus exclusively on e-bikes. Owner Shawn, a former professional road cyclist and endurance coach, opened the Dana Point retail storefront in February 2021. The shop carries Aventon, Lectric, SUPER73, and Macfox, offers e-bike rentals across Orange County, San Diego, and Los Angeles, and provides full-service e-bike repairs including MTB suspension work.
