Founded in 1979 by Bernie and Arlea Gallagher, Sussex Bike & Sport has operated continuously in Wantage for over 40 years under current owner Jason Ziegler since 1998. The shop carries Trek, Santa Cruz, Juliana, Surly, Electra, 45NRTH, and Teravail alongside Shimano and SRAM components. Services include general repairs, trade-ins, and a pre-owned department; Ziegler brings background in neuromuscular massage therapy to inform shop education on bike fit and the human form.
