Stan's Bikes in Medford opened as Moore's bicycle shop in 1959; Stan Moore became manager in 1972, bought the shop in 1987, sold it in 2005, and reopened it at the same 720 Crater Lake Avenue location in 2014. The shop repairs all brands in 12-inch to 29-inch sizes and carries DK, SE, Redline, Verde, and KHS bikes. Owner Stan has over 40 years working on road bikes, touring, tandems, mountain bikes, and BMX, and once taught a cycling technique class. Services include repairs, tune-ups, bike building, and restoration.
