About
Established in 1985 as one of the first snowboard shops on the west coast, Shoreline of Tahoe in Stateline, Nevada evolved into a multi-sport retailer. Ken and Lani Raspen took over ownership in January 2018 after 17 years of employment at the shop. The store hosts Women's Crush Sunday free group rides and skills clinics throughout the bike season, provides rest stops for TAMBA's Rose to Toad 62-mile mountain bike ride, and the owners serve as Tahoe Area Mountain Bike Association Crew Leaders organizing volunteer trail-building days. The shop also hosts Know Before You Go, an annual free avalanche awareness presentation with the Sierra Avalanche Center.
