The shop serves cyclists across all disciplines: road, mountain, gravel, track, and cyclocross: with a community-focused approach emphasizing education, inclusivity, and lifelong learning. Coach Bob Ward, who has coached since 1983 and is a League Cycling Instructor, leads climbing and descending clinics alongside Lown's broader skill development and fitting work.
