San Diego Electric Bike opened in 2008 and became the first company in Southern California to sell factory-made electric bikes when the industry emerged in 2010. The Solana Beach shop carries Aventon, Benno, Electra, Gazelle, Giant, Rad Power, and related components from Shimano, SRAM, and Teravail. Services include e-bike maintenance, repairs, warranty work, a complimentary 6-month service package with purchase, drop-off service by appointment, and e-bike rentals for exploring the San Diego coast.
