Riverwear began in 1983 designing quick-dry white-water shorts for river rafters, and has grown into a year-round retail presence in Stanley, Idaho. The shop carries apparel for river, camping, and Nordic skiing, with rental inventory including Salomon cross-country ski packages, snowshoes, and NRS wetsuits. Founded and operated by Charlie and Christy Thompson: both with nearly thirty years of guiding experience on Idaho rivers: the shop stocks gear selected for the Sawtooth and White Cloud region, supplemented by local maps, hiking guides, and custom Stanley apparel.
