Question 1

Does Ride Bicycles offer suspension service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ride Bicycles specializes in suspension service and repair, with guidance on service intervals based on ride time rather than mileage. The shop recommends service timing based on riding frequency and conditions, such as long descents, wet weather, dust, and bike park use.

Question 2

How does the service appointment and turnaround process work at Ride Bicycles?

Accepted Answer

Service is scheduled in advance so bikes are worked on during a dedicated service window rather than sitting in a backlog. Every bike is evaluated and quoted before work begins. Many scheduled appointments are completed same-day when no parts are needed, and customers can drop off the day before their appointment or by 10:00 AM on the appointment day.

Question 3

Does Ride Bicycles offer mountain bike and e-bike rentals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ride Bicycles offers mountain and e-mountain bike rentals. The shop also reviews an E-Bike Service Policy before scheduling service on e-bikes.

Question 4

What is Ride Bicycles' return and exchange policy?

Accepted Answer

Customers have 30 days to return or exchange eligible items, with some exclusions. The shop also offers free shipping on orders over $99 (qualifying parts and accessories orders over $199 ship next business day for free), and in-store pickup is available for Seattle-area customers.

Question 5

What geographic area does Ride Bicycles serve for service?

Accepted Answer

Located in Issaquah just off I-90, Ride Bicycles serves riders from across the Eastside including Bellevue, Redmond, Sammamish, Snoqualmie, and North Bend, with particular focus on mountain, gravel, and performance bikes.
