Question 1

Does Revolution Cycles offer bike rentals, and what types are available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the shop rents bicycles including city bikes, hardtail mountain bikes, gravel bikes, and full suspension models. Current inventory includes Kona, Specialized, and Surly models in various sizes; customers should call ahead since availability depends on stock. Rental rates range from $20/hour for city bikes to $40/hour for full suspension mountain bikes.

Question 2

What should customers know before renting or demoing a bike from Revolution Cycles?

Accepted Answer

Rentals are inventory-dependent and require advance phone confirmation. Customers must provide their own bike transport using an approved rack (loose transport in vehicles is not permitted); the shop can rent racks if needed. All rentals must be returned by closing time on the scheduled day, with no after-hours drop-offs. Demo bikes applied toward purchase serve as a credit toward the final price.

Question 3

Does the shop rent bikes for events like races or charity rides?

Accepted Answer

No, Revolution Cycles does not rent bikes for competitive or event use, including triathlons, charity rides, or gravel races.

Question 4

What repair and service work does Revolution Cycles perform?

Accepted Answer

The shop offers full bike repair and maintenance services with professionally trained staff. Free estimates are available; customers can schedule service in-store or online.

Question 5

Can customers shop online and pick up at Revolution Cycles?
