Question 1

Does Reser Bicycle Outfitters offer professional bike fitting services?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The shop provides Retul bike fitting, a scientifically-backed process using advanced 3D motion capture technology. Fitters conduct an interview about cycling goals and history, assess current riding position and biomechanics, and customize every contact point on the bike for comfort and efficiency across casual commuting, enthusiast performance, or competitive racing.

Question 2

What makes Reser's bike fitting process different from a basic adjustment?

Accepted Answer

Reser's Retul fitting goes beyond saddle height or handlebar position. The process digitally captures and stores a unique fitting profile for each rider, allowing the shop to reference that data on future visits and tailor recommendations to individual biomechanics and cycling discipline.

Question 3

How long has Reser Bicycle Outfitters been in business?

Accepted Answer

Reser Bicycle Outfitters has served the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky cycling community for over 20 years as a locally owned and operated shop.

Question 4

Accepted Answer

The shop offers professional bike care and repair services performed by skilled mechanics, including meticulous maintenance, precision tuning, and general bike servicing for all rider levels.

Question 5

Accepted Answer

Yes. Located in Newport, KY just across the Ohio River from Cincinnati, the shop is easily accessible from interstates 71/75 and 471. Free parking is available behind the shop and on Seventh Street.
