Red Raven was founded in January 2015 by husband-and-wife team Patrick and Julie, opening 14 months later in Crosby, Minnesota after owner-built construction. The shop operates two locations: Crosby and a seasonal outpost in Beaver Bay: and combines bike sales, service, and rentals with an on-site cafe serving house-roasted coffee, food, and local beer. Rental inventory includes Salsa, Norco, Santa Cruz, Specialized, Yeti, Forbidden, Pivot, Esker, Orbea, and Rocky Mountain hardtails, full-suspension, and e-bikes; the shop also carries new and used bikes across mountain, road, hybrid, kids, and electric categories.
