The shop operates Mondays and Fridays, 2: 6pm, and serves people across all price ranges, including those seeking bikes at no cost. It partners with local organizations including Walk/Bike Springfield, the Massachusetts Bicycle Coalition, and Pedal Thru Youth to support cycling access and youth engagement.
