Pure Cycles was founded by Jordan Schau, Michael Fishman, Austin Stoffers, and Zach Schau to get more people on bikes, starting in a dorm room nearly 10 years ago and expanding from single-speed campus bikes to a diverse lineup including e-bikes (Volta), road, track, and beach cruisers. The Santa Monica pop-up at the Victorian and Farmers Market carries e-bikes, singlespeeds, step-throughs, parts, and accessories, offering same-day sales, repairs, tune-ups, and rentals alongside a design philosophy centered on simplicity, affordability, and visual appeal.
