Founded on more than 30 years in the cycling industry, including previous ownership of a full-service brick-and-mortar shop, ProLine specializes in direct-to-consumer bike assembly, e-bike service, and on-site mechanical support. The shop operates a fully equipped Ram ProMaster 3500 mobile workshop carrying professional Park Tool equipment and specialized hub kits, and handles hub-drive e-bikes, touring rigs, recumbents, trikes, and older drivetrains. Services include same-day wear-item replacement (chains, brake pads, tires, tubes) and event mechanical support for triathlons, century rides, and cycling clubs.
