Pro Form was founded in 1987 by Ken Glick, a bicycle racer who began building wheels from his home in the mid-1980s before opening the shop. Now located at 520 East LaSalle Ave on the South Bend Link Trail, it carries Aventon, Cervelo, Gazelle, Pinarello, Shimano, SRAM, Surly, and Teravail. In January 2025, Ken and Shelly Glick passed ownership to Paul and Theresa Judge, avid endurance athletes; Ken remains as head mechanic. The shop serves cycling and triathlon, with free repair estimates and in-store pickup available.
