Byron and Kerrie opened Papa Wheelie Bicycles in November 2011 in Garden Grove, CA, as an independent family-friendly shop rooted in Byron's decades in the bike scene. The shop carries Giant, Fuji, Haro, Electra, 45NRTH, and Teravail, and emphasizes expert repair, customization, and bike fitting tailored to any rider: from first-time cyclists to mountain climbers and commuters. Services include restoration work, private lessons in cycling and bicycle safety, and corporate/group custom builds; the shop also fulfills Scout merit badge requirements and accepts 501c3 raffle donations.
