Founded in 1977 by Brett Ardrey at age 17, Outspokin' Bicycles has operated from its downtown Augusta location since consolidating operations in the early 2000s. The shop carries Trek, Electra, Shimano, SRAM, and Teravail, and hosts weekly group rides designed for all skill levels. Services include bike fitting and component tuning for riders from beginners to event competitors, leveraging the expertise of founder Ardrey and Master Mechanic German Chavarria. Augusta's cycling infrastructure: the Augusta Canal path, singletrack trails, FATS Trail System (37 miles), and hosting of the Ironman 70.2 and national championships: anchors the shop's community focus.
