Output SpeedLab was founded in 2017 in Portland by Josh Sutton and Chris Bagg, and relocated to Bend, Oregon in 2024. The shop's foundation is dynamic bike fitting, with offerings expanded to include custom complete builds from Argon 18, ENVE, Quintana Roo, and Ventum, plus workshop services for adjustments, repairs, and component upgrades. Owner Josh Sutton holds Slowtwitch F.I.S.T., GURU Level II, and USAT Level I certifications, trained under Mat Steinmetz, Ian Murray, Dan Empfield, and Steve Merz.
