About
Outer Rim Bicycles was founded in 2007 by Nadine Jones in NE Portland with a mission to bring bikes and joy to the community; she passed in 2013, and the shop continues her spirit just across the street from its original location. The shop operates two locations (Portland, NE Halsey, and Ridgefield, Washington) and carries Aventon, Breezer, Fuji, PedEgo, Rad Power, and Shimano. Services include soft checks, full tune-ups, complete overhauls, brake adjustments, and tube changes; the shop also offers test-rides and emphasizes personalized shopping to match riders with bikes that fit their lifestyle.
