Outer Rim Bicycles was founded in 2007 by Nadine Jones in NE Portland with a mission to bring bikes and joy to the community; she passed in 2013, and the shop continues her spirit just across the street from its original location. The shop operates two locations: Portland (NE Halsey) and Ridgefield, Washington: and carries Aventon, Breezer, Fuji, PedEgo, Rad Power, and Shimano. Services include soft checks, full tune-ups, complete overhauls, brake adjustments, and tube changes; the shop also offers test-rides and emphasizes personalized shopping to match riders with bikes that fit their lifestyle.
