Founded in 2014 by Dimitriy, who learned bike repair from his grandfather, NW Pro Gear is a family-owned shop in Lents, Portland specializing in new and used bikes. The shop restores used frames with new components, carries brands including All-City, Surly, Salsa, Kona, Fuji, Breezer, Gazelle, and 45NRTH, and offers repairs, custom builds, and trade-ins. It donates 10% of net sales to nonprofits and provides free assessments and transparent service.
