NBX Bikes evolved from three local Rhode Island shops: Narragansett Bikes (founded 1989), Caster's Bicycles (third-generation family business), and East Providence Cycle (45 years before 2015). Now operating as a single location in Narragansett since 2020, NBX serves road, mountain, recreation, and transportation cyclists with full-service repair, bike fitting, smart trainer installation, and a New Bike Service Plan (30-ride check, tune-up, static fitting, lifetime frame warranty). The shop anchors its community through weekly group rides: Thursday night road rides (22 miles, Narragansett/Galilee), Monday morning casual cafe rides (15 miles, 10: 12 mph pace), and a criterium training series: plus yoga classes.
