NBX Bikes is the successor to Narragansett Bikes (founded 1989), acquired in 2007 and relocated to 922 Boston Neck Road in 2013. The shop has consolidated into a single Narragansett location after operating multiple Rhode Island branches. It carries Cervelo, Surly, 45NRTH, Teravail, Electra, Gazelle, Haro, and Shimano/SRAM components, and offers bike fitting, smart trainer installation, general repair, and a new-bike service plan including complimentary 30-ride checks and lifetime frame warranty. NBX hosts weekly group rides: a Thursday night 22-mile road ride, Monday casual café rides (May: October), and a criterium training series: and offers rentals, yoga classes, and financing.
