Northwest Bicycle opened in Snoqualmie in 2016 as a 715 sq ft shop serving the local mountain-bike community, then expanded to a larger Snoqualmie location in 2018 and opened a second store in Maple Valley in spring 2019. The shop carries brands including Transition, Specialized, SRAM, Shimano, Surly, Teravail, and Maxxis, with inventory emphasizing suspension work, custom wheel building, and high-end bike assembly. Both locations offer retail service and ship nationwide; the business grew significantly during 2020 and now operates with staff focused on what the owner describes as 'high-end bicycle work.'
