McDowell Mountain Cycles formed in 2023 after merging with Fountain Hills Bikes, combining decades of combined experience. Located in Fountain Hills, Arizona, just outside Scottsdale, the shop serves local riders and out-of-town visitors with rentals, repairs, and sales of Specialized, Trek, Pivot, Surly, 45nrth, Electra, Shimano, Sram, and Teravail. The shop sponsors races and events, hosts group rides and clinics, and donates lightly used gear to youth riders. Staff offer ride-tested advice, professional sizing, and repair work ranging from routine tune-ups to custom solutions.
