Lone Pine Gear Exchange is a consignment and retail outdoor gear shop in Salt Lake City founded by Ben and Katy, who previously co-owned 2nd Tracks Sports. Located at 2835 E 3300 S, the shop combines used and new gear sales with ski tuning, in-house gear repair via commercial sewing machines, a refill station for reducing single-use plastic, and an on-site coffee shop. The founders commit to planting one tree per order through One Tree Planted, focusing on reforestation in fire-affected areas of California, Oregon, and Washington.
