Founded by Griffin Park in 2020 as a brick-and-mortar expansion of his 2018 mobile repair service, Jolly Circle serves Springville and Utah Valley with new and used bikes, parts, and mechanical repair. The shop carries Norco mountain bikes, Velotric e-bikes, and Fairdale road and utility models, alongside repair services ranging from basic tune-ups to wheel building, dropper-post installation, and fork service. Park has raced at the Utah State and national level since 2011 and hosts group rides for all ages; the shop also offers mobile pickup and drop-off service and operates a cafe.
