The shop carries Trek, Electra, Surly, 45NRTH, Teravail, SRAM, and Shimano, and recently acquired The Cyclist: Costa Mesa to expand its service footprint. Beyond retail, Jax runs full-service repair centers offering tune-ups, wheel truing and rebuilding, component upgrades, and electric-bike service, with 24-hour turnaround on most work.
