Question 1

Does INRUSH Bicycle Shop service all brands of bicycles?

Accepted Answer

INRUSH services all brands of conventional bicycles. However, the shop limits e-bike servicing to e-bikes purchased directly from INRUSH, since e-bikes require brand-specific training, tools, and technical support that the shop cannot safely provide for brands sold elsewhere. The shop also does not service tandem, trike, or recumbent bicycles.

Question 2

Why does INRUSH have restrictions on e-bike service?

Accepted Answer

E-bikes present unique safety challenges that differ from conventional bicycles, requiring brand-specific training, specialized tools, and access to technical support and parts. Many e-bike suppliers, particularly those in e-commerce, lack the training and resources needed for safe repairs. INRUSH limits e-bike servicing to brands it sells to ensure repairs are completed safely and properly.

Question 3

What is INRUSH's approach to customer service?

Accepted Answer

According to the shop, customer service and quality service are its priority. The shop emphasizes understanding the specific service needs and challenges of different bicycle types to ensure safe and proper repairs.
