Question 1

Every bike sold by Goodbye Cycle is fully inspected and professionally tuned before delivery. The shop backs each purchase with a 30-day mechanical warranty and offers free shipping on orders over $500.

Question 2

Does Goodbye Cycle buy used bikes, and what's the process?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Goodbye Cycle purchases gently used road and mountain bikes from reputable manufacturers through a four-step process: submit bike details online, accept an offer, arrange shipping, and get paid upon receipt. The shop does not purchase bikes from department stores or budget brands like Huffy.

Question 3

What trade-in or bike-selling options does Goodbye Cycle offer?

Accepted Answer

Goodbye Cycle accepts trade-ins and also buys used bikes outright. Customers can fill out an online form with bike details, and the shop will review and make a fair offer, handling shipping logistics to simplify the transaction.

Question 4

Does Goodbye Cycle sell new or used bikes only?

Accepted Answer

Goodbye Cycle specializes in high-quality used bicycles that have been fully inspected and tuned. The shop's tagline is 'Pre-Loved. Professionally Tuned,' and it positions used bikes as a viable alternative to new without sacrificing performance.

Question 5

What components and accessories does Goodbye Cycle stock?

Accepted Answer

Beyond bikes, the shop carries a range of cycling components and accessories including Shimano parts, locks, lights, bike racks, and cage systems from brands such as Thule, Garmin, KNOG, and Surly.
