Question 1

What maintenance packages does Freewheel Bike offer?

Accepted Answer

Freewheel Bike offers four tiered maintenance packages: Wash, Lube & Inspect ($59.99), Level One ($139.99), Level Two ($229.99), and Level Three ($499.99). Each package builds on the previous level, with Level Three involving complete disassembly, deep cleaning, hydraulic fluid replacement, and cable rerouting. The shop recommends scheduling appointments in advance so parts can be ordered before the appointment date, allowing customers to keep riding until the 48-hour service window.

Question 2

Does Freewheel Bike service e-bikes?

Accepted Answer

Freewheel Bike accepts all brands of e-bikes for standard mechanical repairs and is certified to service Bosch, Shimano, TQ, Fazua, Mahle, Hyena, and Promovec power systems. For e-bikes with non-certified power systems, the shop can only perform mechanical repairs on standard bicycle components such as flat fixes and brake adjustments. Surcharges may apply when extra labor is required to accommodate unique bike designs.
