Free-Flite Bicycles was established in 1978 and has grown from its roots as a skateboard and BMX shop into a multi-location Atlanta retailer carrying Trek, Santa Cruz, Juliana, Gazelle, Electra, 45NRTH, Teravail, and component brands Shimano and SRAM. The shop is co-founded and led by President Dan Thornton and offers professional bike fitting (2.5: 3 hours, $350: $400) by Eddie O'Dea, who has completed over 7,000 fits since 2006 and holds expertise in endurance and ultra-distance cycling, including route records on the Trans North Georgia and Tour Divide. Fitting services are available at the Marietta and Sandy Springs locations.
