Fatte-bikes started in Denver in 2017 as the city's first e-bike company and the country's only women-owned e-bike manufacturer. The shop hand-builds custom fat-tire electric bikes in-house, offering extensive personalization of frame colors, fenders, seats, grips, and components. Four models: Londonderry (step-through commuter), Penalosa (folding), Sgt. Mingo (mountain-trail), and Major T (cargo): are named after cycling pioneers and designed for commuting, trail riding, and cargo hauling.
