Element Sports has operated in Winchester, VA since 1996, when John Todd purchased and renamed the original Winchester Bicycle Center; current owner Josh Lewis took over in 2014 and refocused the shop on brands offering quality at value: including Cannondale, Fuji, Giant, Surly, 45NRTH, Gazelle, Aventon, Rad Power, and Pedego: while adding BikeFit-certified fitting services and monthly guided tour activities. Beyond bicycles, the shop carries skateboards, canoes, kayaks, and disc golf gear, and services all makes and models of bikes, snowboards, and skis. Services include rentals, a Rent-a-Stand program for customer repairs, and access to indoor trainers during winter.
