Rental bikes cannot be used at Burke Bike Park or in any form of competition or racing.

Renters are financially responsible for all damage incurred, with charges ranging from $150 to $1,500 depending on severity. Damage to paint, scratches beyond normal use, and crashes are not covered as normal wear. If a rental bike is stolen, the renter pays the wholesale replacement cost plus shipping and a $300 labor fee. Full insurance is included for on-trail use only; it does not cover travel to and from locations, off-trail damage, or theft.
