Cycling Elements was established in 2012 by Jeff Lemon in Orangeville, Ontario, and relocated to its current location at 2 Wellington Street (the former Armstrong Foundry site) in 2014. Zach, who joined as service manager in 2015, took over as owner in 2024. The shop carries Kona bikes alongside other brands, and operates with a six-person year-round team including two dedicated mechanics (Karen, with ten years' experience, and Phil) and a service manager. The shop hosts weekly gravel group rides and organizes a spring used-bike swap, reflecting its role in the local riding community.
