CycleRun offers three tiered repair packages: a Quick Tune Up ($59.99) covering derailleur and brake adjustment plus bolt torquing; a Standard Tune Up/Race Ready Service ($99.99) that adds chain wear checks, headset adjustment, wheel truing, and bike washing; and a Platinum Care Service ($290) featuring full drivetrain and brake removal/cleaning, hub and headset re-packing, tire/tube installation, and complete detailing. À la carte services are also available.

Does CycleRun assemble bikes shipped in boxes or build bikes from components?

Accepted Answer

CycleRun offers two assembly options: Pro Bike Builds at $349.99 and Box Bike Builds at $99.99 for standard bikes out of the box. The shop also provides disassembly and packing services at $120 per hour for customers shipping bikes elsewhere. Bike assembly coordination should be directed to Mark at mpington@endurancehouse.com.

What is CycleRun's pickup policy for bikes left for service?

Accepted Answer

Bikes dropped off for service must be picked up within three business days of completion notification. Bicycles not picked up within that window are subject to daily storage fees at the shop's standard rate until collection.

Does CycleRun carry brands beyond Specialized?

Accepted Answer

Yes, CycleRun carries both Specialized and Fuji bikes, along with a range of cycling and running accessories including helmets, gloves, tires, tubes, and nutrition products.
