Question 1

What repair warranty does Cycle Haus offer on work performed?

Accepted Answer

Cycle Haus guarantees all work on bikes purchased from the shop. For bikes not purchased there, the shop guarantees work as long as the bike was originally bought from an independent bicycle dealer. If a customer is not satisfied within 30 days of service, Cycle Haus will continue to diagnose and service the bike at no additional charge until the issue is resolved, provided the problem is directly related to the original service.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cycle Haus hosts weekly group rides and indoor trainer sessions open to cyclists of all levels: professional, amateur, and novice. The shop aims to match riders with rides suited to their ability and interests.

Question 4
