Current Cycles is locally owned and operated in Wilmington, NC by Dossie (Goose) McLeod, a professional downhill mountain bike racer. The shop was founded on a mission to introduce mountain biking to kids and adults through structured lessons, offering programs from learn-to-ride basics to advanced mountain bike skills enhancement. Beyond instruction, Current Cycles provides general bike repair and service for all bicycle types, including spoke, bearing, derailleur, brake, chain, tire, and tube work.
