Founded in 1977, Cardinal Bicycle operates two locations in Roanoke (Grandin Village and Orange Avenue) and carries Specialized, Trek, Cervelo, Salsa, Surly, 45NRTH, Aventon, Electra, and Teravail. The shop offers Retul premium bike fitting, in-house mountain bike suspension service (fork lowers, shock air can, and full 125-hour overhauls), and tiered tune-up packages (Bronze through Platinum). Cardinal Cafe serves coffee, juice, and local food partnerships on-site.
