Founded in 1963 by George 'Butch' Buchika to fund his son's ski-racing career, Buchika's expanded from a garage operation in Haverhill, MA to a two-location business serving Salem and Nashua, NH. The shop has operated on Route 28 in Salem since 1985 and is currently run by Dave Galeucia and Todd Atkinson. Buchika's carries Specialized, Cannondale, Trek, Fuji, Electra, Surly, and 45NRTH bikes alongside Shimano and SRAM components, and offers professional bike fitting, service for all makes and models, and a junior lease program.
