Yes. When a child outgrows a bicycle purchased from Brandon Bikeworks, the original bike can be returned for up to 50% of the purchase price in credit toward a new, properly-fitted bike. The child receives a quality bicycle assembled by a professional mechanic with free adjustments for 12 months.

What is Brandon Bikeworks' return policy on bicycle purchases?

Bicycles can be returned within 3 business days if in new and unused condition for in-store credit only; special orders are not returnable. All other purchases have 30 days for return in new and unused condition with a receipt, also for in-store credit only.

What happens to repairs left at the shop after a certain period?

Repairs not picked up within 5 days of the due date incur a $2.50 per day storage fee. Repairs left unclaimed for 60 days may be sold, donated to local charity, or recycled.
