Bicycles can be returned within 3 business days if in new and unused condition for in-store credit only; special orders are not returnable. All other purchases have 30 days for return in new and unused condition with a receipt, also for in-store credit only.

Repairs not picked up within 5 days of the due date incur a $2.50 per day storage fee. Repairs left unclaimed for 60 days may be sold, donated to local charity, or recycled.
