Black Mountain Bicycles has served San Diego cyclists for 52 years from its Scripps Ranch location, covering areas from Chula Vista to Carlsbad and East County to Escondido. A pioneer in introducing mountain bikes to San Diego: having sold Gary Fisher Mt Tam #33 and first-generation Stumpjumpers in 1982: the shop carries Specialized, Pivot, Santa Cruz, Scott, and Cervelo, alongside components from SRAM and Shimano. Services include repairs on all makes/models, Shimano Authorized Service and SRAM Service Center status, Fox Suspension Authority certification, and Retül 3D bike fitting.
