Bike Tech has operated in Cedar Falls since 1996, carrying Specialized, Giant, Pinarello, Salsa, 45NRTH, Gazelle, Aventon, and Rad Power. The shop's service department features a Crest ultrasonic parts washer and Morizumi spoke cutter (one of roughly 20 in the U.S.), paired with a computerized work-order system that tracks the complete service history of each bike. Owner Brent leads a team including mechanic Travis, build specialist Karmen (an endurance racer), and sales staff focused on gravel and road riding in the Cedar Falls area.
